Larry Tolchinsky provides affordable business law solutions, tailored to meet individual needs of his clients. Larry represents corporations, partnerships and small businesses in South Florida and cities throughout Broward County. From his office, Larry blends his practical business experience and legal insight to effectively represent his clients in their business law matters. Larry gained his insight from his 17 years of experience of owning and operating several small businesses. That insight allows him to share his unique perspective with his clients giving them every opportunity to succeed.

Larry is dedicated to developing a close relationship with his clients so that he is better able to predict potential pitfalls and overcome difficult business and legal problems for his clients. Larry’s clients include private companies ranging from insurance agencies, real estate companies, retail stores, telecommunication products, service providers, automotive, and many others.

Larry Tolchinsky is married to a college professor, has two children, and is actively involved in local youth sports programs as a head coach for baseball, basketball, flag football and lacrosse. Larry Tolchinsky, is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Economics. Larry achieved his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, an international legal fraternity. Larry is also a licensed real estate agent in Florida.
